After aging in new American oak barrels for four years, our Gold Medal-winning four-grain reserve bourbon is finished for an additional year in California Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc red wine casks made of French oak to impart an added richness of flavor and strength of color. Our proprietary blend of corn, rye, wheat, and malt barley was masterfully crafted by our own certified Sommelier and generates tasting notes of vanilla, almond, cocoa, and candied pecans along with hints of cinnamon, allspice, orange zest.
